I do have to inform the proper authorities about the sexual abuse of minors and any intent to harm oneself or another. I can only release infomation regarding your counseling when directed by a judicial court order in a court of law.

I reserve the right to discuss information concerning your counseling with insurance companies concerning benefits, coverage and payments( if you use insurance for payment) and in confidential case reviews with supervisors and clinical peers.

LENGTH, FREQUENCY, NUMBER OF COUNSELING SESSIONS:
Individuals and couples usually meet once per week for fifty minute sessions (or half sessions ). Group session times will vary depending on the nature of the group therapy. The number of sessions will also vary, depending on the issues involved.

If for any reason I, as a professional counselor, am required to appear in court on your behalf, clients will agree to pay the hourly fee normally charged of $125.00 per counseling hour plus any other expenses(travel, etc.).
